Join Vern for the AI and Data Center Committee meeting.

Vern’s been stomping the state hearing from people everywhere that they are concerned about data centers popping up with no local input and little planning.

Vern’s offering two common sense solutions:

  • Banning public officials signing non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s).

  • A one year moratorium on new data centers to give communities time to do research, give and gather public input, and pass ordinances.
